Kenetrek Boots were born out of our passion for sheep hunting and our desire to find a pair of boots that wouldn't leave our feet all beat up and screaming in pain when we strapped on a heavy pack, picked up a rifle or bow and headed above the tree line for a week of chasing sheep in rough weather.  And since then, we've continued to design, test in the field, modify and repeat. . . regularly.  We weren't surprised that hunters of all kinds, backpackers and hikers were just as passionate about what they do, but we were surprised by some of the requests our customers began sending our way.  They wanted the same lightweight comfort and durability their recreational boots gave them in their work boots.
